The ultra-miniature 3 mm x 3 mm PLIS-1 features a low beam divergence angle of just 2° for the most reliable sensing of small profile targets such as semiconductor wafer mapping. Fibers can easily embed in wafer handlers, end effectors, and space-limited machine geometries and are ideal for applications requiring low-contrast, opposed mode fibers with a more collimated sensing beam than traditional plastic fibers. - Long range (1 m opposed with D10 Expert™ in SHP mode).
